I've been away for a while, so perhaps I am missing something here, but I am wondering if the attached post is truly yours? If so, is the tone of the post what you have in mind to assist victims of malware to feel comfortable here? Or is this all a joke?

Best of luck to you.

Naturally if anything like that ever gets posted in a public forum by a helping team member, the person will be suspended or possibly banned.

I don't believe Dore would do such a thing...

Is it true the test questions are asked in an obscure, ancient Chinese dialect?

secwin04, --------No, on second thought, I don't want to get banned.

Edit: Actually, no Mad Max, that rumor is completely unjustified- there is no such thing. Although, using the Rosetta stone helps.... a lot....

The Helper forum is only for behind-the-scenes stuff. It is visible to Helpers and also to anyone of a more privileged group: Trusted Advisors, Experts, Mods, Admins.

Would you be willing to become a helper for the LOW LOW price of your soul? And I'll even throw in three bags of chips.
