Browser startpage keeps resetting

My IE browser startpage keeps getting reset to about:blank.

I've run the latest SpyBot S&D, AdAware, CWShredder.
One of these 3 finds and removes a couple of entries in the registry.

However when I reboot, the browser start page is reset again.
