      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Help with lop.com hijacking

4 posts in this topic

I have read the original FAQ but I am still having a problem... I used Norton anti virus, ad-aware and spybot but somehow the following web address keeps popping up on my browser - hxxp://look-today.com/passthrough/index.html?(edited to break link) (PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS WEB SITE OR YOU MAY START HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I AM) This string is followed by my usual home page web address and it takes me to my home page I have set but goes through this "passthrough" web site first.

So my first question are they able to get password codes and other secure info through this process?

More importantly please help me get rid of it. Below is my HijackThis Log, I know the first two items need to be "Fix checked" but it is obvious this insiduous program is elsewhere in here but I do not know what is safe to get rid of and what I need. Thanks for any help you can provide

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

If unknown, please find the file SHOWBEHIND.EXE, and check its properties.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
