Please move HijackThis to a permanent folder of it's own. My suggestion c:\HJT\HijackThis.exe
Use Ctrl +Alt+Del to 'End Task' on the following if found running:
RICT.EXE
WNSINTSU.EXE

Check the following in hijackthis,THEN WITH ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED ,press "Fix".

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4BCF322B-9621-4e90-9678-F1424EB7584E} - C:\WINDOWS\UDPMOD.DLL
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {62160EEF-9D84-4C19-B7B8-6AC2526CD726} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IUYCHLP.DLL
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Uhas] C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\rict.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WNSC] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\wnsintsu.exe

Make sure you are set to Show Hidden Files and Folders and delete the following:
C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\RICT.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WNSINTSU.EXE
related files: also search for and delete any of the following: iebs.exe, lsem.exe, PuritySCAN.exe, rs.exe, sear1.exe, WINSERVS.EXE, winservn.exe, wnsinttr.exe, wnsintsu.exe, wnsintsv.exe, wnsintcc.exe, wintsu.exe, wintit.exe, wnsapiit.exe, wnsapisv.exe, wnsapicc.exe, wnsapisu.exe, wnsapitr.exe, wintcc.exe, winttr.exe, wnsapicc.exe

Reboot

and post a fresh log back to this thread.
