hahah oh how ironic.....since you own an hp computer they are kind enough to pre-install back web lite spyware free of charge  wow hp is retarded. well the reason that comes up is b/c some hp program is trying to use back web to go out and look for an update i'm guessing...this might be why..make sure you have hijack this in it's own folder so it can backup properly!! then go and delete this entry...PLEASE restart your computer AND PLEASE POST BACK as to if that helpd you problem

Please close all open windows and browsers, open HJT and mark/fix:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://srch-us9.hpwis.com/
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

The R1 connects to a HP site that uses Backweb, so it may be the source of your problem... I doubt the item that caruch6392 suggested to fix has anything to do with it, but you could fix it if you wish...

As suggested, please reboot and post a fresh log after the fixes.... Please be detailed about any problems you are having...
