IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

pesky issues

2 posts in this topic

Greetings. I am new to this forum. I hope this is the right place to post this; I am not sure if I have a spyware problem or just more general PC problem. I have read the FAQs and tried to educate myself on the processes used to eliminate spyware as posted here and on ComputerCop. I have run both AdWare and SpyBot S&D now over several cycles, rebooting in between. This has eliminated several spyware programs but a couple cannot be removed or return upon reboot. In particular, one called "HuntBar" and another called "DSO Exploit" won't go away. I am having a difficult time decoding my HijackThis log so I am attaching it below for advice. One additional question I have is that when I am connected to the internet (I use dial-up) even when I close all of my browser windows and programs, my modem is still transmitting and recieving data. Does this imply a spyware or hijack activity? BTW, thanks for being here; I just dicovered this site and I am very glad folks like you all are out there for folks like me!

Here is my Hijack log:
Logfile of HijackThis v1.97.7
