Extremely Evil Hijack

I am a first time poster...I have been running Hijckthis and ad-aware6 for months successfully.
Yesterday, I got hijacked and have tried everything to get rid of it but cannot.
I ran Hijackthis and ad-aware and followed all the instruction in the FAQ, even looked for *hta, *.js files, deleted tmp files and examined the registry, but when I restart, the hijack is back. It takes my browser to:
res://mshp.dll/index.html#44272 (Home Search)..another strange aspect is when I serch Google for 'hijack browser', and click into the SpywareInfo link, I get taken to http://www.search-wh...o.php?qq=forums. Very frustrating.

Please remember, I have run Hijackthis 4 times and deleted all the search page, start page, default page items, but damn thing comes back.

Any advice????? Thanks in advance..
