The problem im running into is that im missing like 2 or 3 .DLL files when I startup my computer.

I think what happened was that I removed a spyware program and now its giving me the missing file because the program cannot load upon startup.

The question is can I remove the 3 items that are missing a file since they are spyware or are they critical to run my system.

Thanks in advance :)

The version of Hijack this you are using is well out of date. The current version is 1.97. Please download, and run the latest version from Here .

Another update that is urgently needed is this

MSIE: Internet Explorer v5.00 SP1 (5.00.2920.0000)

Version 5.00 is completely outdated, and has more security holes than a swiss cheese! Update to the latest v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106)

Then post a fresh log.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!

Hm... Hijack this must be misreading the IE version somehow. No problem if you are certain about it.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.
