i have the about:blank problem ... everytime i load IE it comes up and lots of pop ups come up too. with hijackthis i got this :

seems that i didnt install in the right place so ... here is the new one

i also did adaware, spybot, and 2 virus scans but still got nothing >_<

Using the Hijack This, erase all the R0 & R1 entries.

search your computer for notepad.*

if the notepad.exe file is last modified on a recent date then you might have the notepad.exe trojan variant
