Can't figure out which running processes are safe

I recently had an infestation of some nasty spyware, so I've spent a lot of time with HJT. During that time I discovered that I had a lot of processes running with filenames that sounded/looked too much like the files of the spyware that I was trying to remove. I was wondering if someone could maybe analyze my HJT log to make sure that my system is safe for now. Basically I'm more concerned about the processes, as during my last infection I had a process that kept regenerating the dll's responsible for screwing up my IE.

Check out this web page. It has a lot of good info of the different processes
