I need help please

My Homepage has been hijacked. I have run this program and removed the R1 and R0 files, run nortan, adaware, shredder, turned off system restore, and rebooted in safe mode and repeated the above. I scanned with nortan... found nothing.. re-removed the R0 and R1 files, but after all I do the homepage still reverts back and become hijacked again. It also is creating pop up ads, but not bad.. one bout every 3 mins or so. Here is my Hijackthis Log *EDIT NOTE* I don't think I made it clear that I did remove the infected files with hijackthis, and after doing so it is still infected

yes, I looked at that... I have no exe files running that shouldn't be. I found a few DLLs and deleted them, but a couple I can't delte... one called webhits.dll and a few others I can't recall their names, and it keeps replacing itself in the reg edit
