Hi folks,

I can't clear a number of persistent autocomplete entries.

I've tried tools>internet options>content>autocomplete>clear forms. I've also tried taskbar properties>advanced>clear.

There's nothing in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs.

I could always uncheck the "use web address" box but (a) this disables autocomplete - which I find useful, and (b) it bugs me that these URLs are sitting on my pc somewhere waiting for my boss to find.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Ian

Try this excellent little program, called MRU Blaster. It can be used on demand only, or it can be "always on", as you prefer. :p
Failure is not an option, it comes bundled with the software.

Thanks Doc but it hasn't helped.

I also tried 4 different types of "clean-up" software I found on download.com but none were any help.

Any other ideas?
