      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Before I begin I have to say I am totally ignorant about computers so forgive me.

I've run ad-aware, then spy-bot, both in safe mode because thats the only way I can run those programs alone but that hasn't gotten rid of the problem.

The first step in removing these hijackers is to stop it running.

Go to Task manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL). That will display a list of running processes.

End task on any entry of WinTools. this may be wintoolsa, or wintoolsb.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.
