      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

System Instability

2 posts in this topic

I am running Windows XP Pro on a AMD Athlon 2200 processor, with 512 megs of ram. My system has generally been extremly reliable i nthe past, but recently it has been a little funny. More and more often, I am getting messages that tell me that there is not enough memory available to run the requsted program, to close some applications and try again. Also, when I am booting sometimes, during the windows loading screen, the machine reboots itself again, all the way to the BIOS screen. I have removed spyware and adware, and it doesnt seem to make a difference. eDonkey is constantly screwing up, and needs to be reinstalled, and jsut recently i got a message that said "The memory could not be "read"". Here is my Hijackthis log, please help!

I was having the exact same problem as you describe. It started happening to me after I installed Deamon Tools, which I notice you have installed as well. My system would eventually freeze and re-boot, about every 6-8 hours. I uninstalled it, and my system has been running great since then. You might want to see if that helps...
