I've been pulling the hair out of my head trying rid my computer of a trojan attack. In the process I've downloaded highjack this, spybot S&D1.3, CWShredder, The trial version of Trojan Hunter and I bought Norton AV2004, which won't properly install on my computer incidentally. I've also used House Call virus scan several times. I've followed advice from this site and gotten rid of things in safe mode and fixed certain things with highjack this. Here is my latest situation: I updated and ran everything mentioned above (except Norton AV2004) and all of them found nothing except for Trojan Hunter. It found two files that are suspicious. It found these same files yesterday and I tried to email them so that they could tell me whether or not they are bad. AOL wouldn't let me email one of them because they say it is a virus. This file is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ShellExt\d.EXE. I emailed the other file and they haven't gotten back to me yet. This file is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Egpnhe32.exe. Can any of you tell whether or not these are viruses/trojans? If so, how should I remove them? Also, I have posted my most current Highjack This log. Please let me how it looks. Thanks.

NAV2004 keeps finding a file in my temporary Internet files called Q3567836.exe. In a NAV scan it is labeled as an adware.Iefeats. This file can't be found by searching for it, or trying to navigate to it through explorer, or anything else, and NAV can't erase it. Deleting the temporary internet files doesn't help. I've set up windows to show all hidden files and all that good stuff, but it's not there. Symantec's site has no such file mentioned. I searched around other sites and no one else seams to know what the hell it is. Anybody here ever hear of it, and if so, how do you get rid of it?
