I have followed everything in the FAQ. I used the latest S-B and Adaware. Cleared out a bunch of junk. Ran my utilities and defragged. But my hard drive is just whizzing along and my system resources are currently at 66% when they should be at 84% minimum. I am only running firewall, virus and what I think would be the bare system requirements. Two questions: Why is my hard drive constantly running and is there something in my log that is gumming up the resources??
