I work in a technical support department, and a lot of our customers call in complaining about Sandboxer. Couple of questions:

1. Is Sandboxer a variant of Pepper.Trojan, or are they the same thing?

2. Are there any good free removal tools that we can reccomend customers to use, or simplified instructinos on removal. Alot of our customers are low tech users, so it's intimidating for them to edit the registry, plus we don't want to be responsible if they accidently delete a key that's really important.

Thanks in advance, Mark

Peper = sandboxer.

There are removal tools, but this is not an easy one to deal with.

It requires the user to download the tool and run it, and also to fix the remains using Hijack this. Without knowledgeable guidance this could turn out very nasty indeed!
Sorry I can't point you to a one step off the shelf fix.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!
