      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

mediatickets.a.la

7 posts in this topic

After running Adware & Spybot and doing everything suggested in the FAQ, I still get redirected every few mins :grrr::grrr: . There's also this error msg which says if i'm sure of cancelling the installation of mediatickets when i tried to leave the site. Besides this, my cmd.exe occasionally runs at own will & closes before i could read what it's executing(suspects it has something to do with mediatickets). This problem has been bugging me for the past few weeks :weep: , pls help! Thanks!

You do not appear to have any anti virus program running. There are several thing s in your log that could be viral in nature, so first get an on line scan at either Housecall or Panda A/V, and let if fix anything it finds.

Then post a fresh Hijack this log.

Thanks for your advice. I've scanned & deleted the 3 bugs which HouseCall identified, followed by Panda A/V to double check(no viruses found). Here's my logfile after running Adware & Spybot as well:

My IE doesn't redirects to mediatickets.a.la since I fixed the bugs identified by HouseCall yesterday. My cmd.exe problem seems to be solved too. The case is the same today :D .

I've fixed the 3 entries highlighted and just reboot, but failed to locate the mssvc32.exe file even after enabling the "Show hidden files & folders" function. Guess it's not in the system anymore? The search only returns me with this: "MSSVC32.EXE-0F893FB4.pf". Should I delete this?

My logfile after reboot:

The MSSVC32.EXE-0F893FB4.pf file is in the prefetch folder. After a few reboots, it will be gone, but you may as well delete it now.

Nice clean log, well done. Are you still having problems?
