Hi everytime sometimes when I go to the internet the pages open up real slow sometimes I have to click twice or more just to get there and when I try to encode a video my computer slows down and my mouse cursor becomes erratic, also sometimes when I try to shutdown or restart(mostly restart) a "program is not responding" message opens up and when I click end task it closes my router icon on the startup "thing" and then it shuts down/restarts. Can anyone help me with my problem this is driving me absolutely crazy :grrr: :techsupport: arrrgghhh!!! Does anyone else have a similar kind of problem? What did you do to fix it?

We need a closer look at what's happening.
Please download Hijack this
Copy it into its own folder, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
Be wary of strong drink. It may make you shoot at tax collectors, and miss!
