Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've already read the FAQ's and have run all the necessary programs, however, it always comes back. Every now and then, there's the unremoveable file in Ad-aware, so i reboot and it supposedly takes care of it, but not for long. Thanks again in advance for any help I recieve

I've also got spyware gaurd, and although it's supposed to keep the hijacks from occuring, once it tells me there was an attempt, it seems as though they've gotten through

We can't do much without a good starting point..
Please do this:
Download 'Hijack This!' from HERE .
Save it in a permanent folder such as C:\HJT\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents back to this thread. Most of what it lists will be harmless and quite essential to proper operation of you computer so don't fix anything yet.
Things you need(all FREE)
Anti-Virus (Only One of these)
AVG Avast
Firewall (Only One here too)
Kerio(Direct Download) Zone Alarm
Misc. (Use all 3 together)
IE Spyads SpywareBlaster Spyware Guard
Windows Update (Once a week)
get all CRITICAL Updates

Things you want(Still Free)
Mozillia Firefox
Google Toolbar (stops pop-ups)
Ad-Aware
Spybot S&D

So you know you are not being ignored; I've received your log and am looking into the R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Window Title = Entry before replying..I'm assuming you didn't put that there correct?? ..

One MAJOR problem you have is you are several Critical Updates behind from Windows Updates..these are very important to patching your system and keeping Sasser and other baddies off of your computer. Go to Windows Update and get all CRITICAL Updates.
I should have a response for you quite soon.
Things you need(all FREE)

Put a check next to these in hijackthis:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://us6.hpwis.com/
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\System\blank.htm
O16 - DPF: {7EB15626-CB8E-4174-8A72-C055B12B4310} (CQD2Loader Object) - http://smartdownload...m/installer.dll

THEN WITH ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED ,press "Fix".

Make sure you are set to Show Hidden Files and Folders and delete the following files/folders:-
Delete files/folder from the following directories (But not the directory itself, for example delete all files/folder IN temp; but not temp itself!)
[*]C:\Windows\Temp\
[*]C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
[*]C:\Documents and Settings\<All other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
[*]C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ <---This will delete your internet cache--including cookies. This is recommended and strongly suggested.
[*]C:\Documents and Settings\<All other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
[*]Empty your "Recycle Bin"

Then Reboot and post a fresh log back to this thread.

Looks like you've wiped most out with AdAware and other measures you took prior to posting log...
As far as your 01-Windows Title...it is NOT any type of security risk and you are entitled to put what ever you want in there...I just wanted to make sure it's was you that put it there and not some virus or Malware.....

One thing I'm really curious about is wether or not it was originally fixed and if so, did I get re-infected that quickly?

Another note, I also ran a scan with CWShredder, and an item that always came up called "JKsearch" I think, wasn't present. Before it would be removed everytime I ran the program, even if it was immediately after.

Thank you so much for your help so far! I REALLY appreciate it.

Sorry, I've been having connection problems.
To answer your question about re:infection if you are referring to the Ad-Aware scans; the files they removed could have been on your machine but NOT 'active'; so it's kinda hard to say....In addition to the below items (which I see you use at least some of!!) it's a good idea to run Ad-Aware and /or Spybot once a week as prevention.....Just like regular updates to your virus scanner

Congratulations, your log is clean.

To reduce the potential for spyware infection in the future, I strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster and SpyWareGuard and IE/Spyad.

SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard are by JavaCool and both are free programs. SpywareBlaster will prevent spyware from being installed and consumes no system resources. SpywareGuard offers realtime protection from spyware installation attempts.

IE/Spyad places over 4000 websites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It is free.

More info and download is available at link in my signature

And also see TonyKlein's good advice in
So how did I get infected in the first place?
Things you need(all FREE)
Anti-Virus (Only One of these)
AVG Avast
Firewall (Only One here too)
Kerio(Direct Download) Zone Alarm
Misc. (Use all 3 together)
IE Spyads SpywareBlaster Spyware Guard
Windows Update (Once a week)
get all CRITICAL Updates

Things you want(Still Free)
Mozillia Firefox
Google Toolbar (stops pop-ups)
Ad-Aware
Spybot S&D
MS MVP Hosts file

Out of curiosity, would adaware still be finding CWS files in the system32 folder if CWS was removed? Beyond the last post on 6.26.04, I still sometimes get them.
