      IE 11 copy/paste problem

It has come to our attention that people using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) are having trouble with copy/paste to the forum. If you encounter this problem, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome seems to get around the problem. We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it.

Tried everything - keep missing

9 posts in this topic

Like others I see on this forum i seem to have the same problem. I followed ALL instructions (adware spybot s&d Plus Norton antiv) got lots cleaned up - but same hijack occurs. I even studied some of the hijack this fix solutions for others and saw similarities to mine - ran fix to delete - still there. After a few minutes online - I get all kind of downlaod attempts of torjans - that Norton blocks - starts w/ hijack to the rdposters site then a blast of attacks attempt to add virus to my machine.

I guess I keep missing the key .exe or something.

Below is my log as of right now

I would GREATLY appreciate any help

Thanks

Ron

I did everything and it still occurs - starts up new brower - links to site says something about "your computer is being tracked" then starts trying to download trojan virus's. But I do not see the online show window any more (that the one that link to the casino site). - that appears to be fixed.

I also scanned w/ latest norton av, and adware, spybot. Nothing found.

Below is latest log.

Thanks

The casino site is gone - BUT the automatic start up of internet exployer to rdposter site that starts a series of other windows to porn site is still occuring. On the first "hit" of these sites norton blocks multiple torjan download attempts.

I have scan w/ norton av, adware, hijack this, spybot & spyhunter - delete anything they find shut down reboot - and every time. I start an internet exployer session - within 5 minutes the attack occurs.

Any ideas - My latest log is below

Thanks

Ron

It keeps getting worse - start internet exployer - until system locks ups. Still attempts to download virus's. Another thing I noticed was looks like a standard windows error msg window - the one where it ask if you want to send a msg to microsoft detailing the msg - it keeps popping up on every reboot - even though I cancel it - once I tried to send it - could this have caused an opening on to my machine - any thoughts??

Below is my latest log - I believe I should delete all the "r" one - they look suspicious?

Please Help

Ron

Well today (3 weeks after first noticing the "problems")- I finally gave up and reinstalled windows from scratch - to be safe -lost some data - but that was less frustrating than fighting.

Each time I thought I had it solved (by reading different posts here) some new type of issue would occur. I think "IT" had too many palce in my machine to hide - due to my lack of knowledge of where to look for "IT".

I never relly got a "true" reading of what "IT" was - I would get clean scans from ALL recomended scanners - then bang hijacked again.

I hope no one else has to go through the mess I did - my advice is you better catch it early and fixed it quick.

Ron
