Be aware that if you have Spybot configured to include beta detections that after you download the latest update and scan your computer you will see among the results 7 registry entries for an AdRoar plugin , this is a false positive , so do not remove . If you have already done so , use Spybots recovery to put the entries back .

I did have the ADRoar entries appear and removed them. What do they belong to and do I really want them back??

As I mentioned, apparently the detection of AdRoar plugin is a false positive, the registry entries removed may belong to other programs. This one in particular may be used by other apps - HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-789336058-1580818891-1202660629-500\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings . I don't know what the other entries belong to , I'm passing on info from another site , for more info check out this link http://forums.net-in...showtopic=18058 . BTW I too removed the entries with apparently no immediate consequences on my computer running Windoze 98SE but put them back just in case .
