Make sure all background "bad stuff" is not running, then re-run Ad Aware.
Clear up anything it finds.

Then re-run Hijack This and clean up the suspicious ones(ones that are in Windows or Windows/System32) that are DLLs or EXEs you're pretty sure shouldn't be there.

Now, go into your windows directory itself and delete zagen.dll

It probably mutated again.
Re-run HJT and find whatever it set to your new homepage if it's another one of those "res://(random stuff).dll" entries.

It took me forever to get everything right.
Make sure you close out ALL IE pages before doing all of this.
Just repeat the steps replacing zagen.dll with whatever it says now.

I've done all that you say but it keeps showing up. Anything else?
