*edit* i'm getting help now, thank you though

i tried getting help from a different forum but haven't heard anything since my post yesterday, then i came across this forum when googling "xloadnet" and saw that some other members were having issues with it as well, so hopefully i'll have better luck here.. here's my situtation from yesterday and my HijackThis log:

i'm not sure what exactly the problem is that i have, but as i was surfing a site today i started receiving alerts from ZoneAlarm that different applications were attempting to access the net, like Microsoft HTML Application, MS DTC console program, and installer2 MFC Application (which is located at C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\wr-1-200019.exe).. of course i denied access to them all, i also received an alert from Norton about Adware.Purityscan, which i then had it remove.. and also a Windows error message popped up twice that C:\WINDOWS\updater.exe could not be found

then i went to the Task Manager to check what processes were running that i don't remember usually seeing, and i saw xloadnet.exe, dllhost.exe, mshta.exe (which began appearing multiple times), xpre.exe, and msdtc.exe

i also found an "xloadnet" folder created in C:\Program Files, which contains xloadnet.exe

to be safe i disconnected from the internet, all of the mshta.exe listings went away when i did.. then i ran a full Norton scan and it detected Trojan.Zonebac, which i'm not sure is related to my issues today or not, but it deleted it, the affected file was C:\WINDOWS\Temp\ja.exe

also, during the Norton scan ZoneAlarm alerted me that the Symantec Integrator program had changed and was attempting to connect to the internet, and Symantec User Session was also attempting to connect, as well as Windows Explorer.. i denied them all, and all three continued to randomly attempt, about a few times an hour it seems, while still disconnected from the net

so now i'm wondering what to do next, and what exactly it is that i have.. here is my HiJackThis log:
