Greetings,

With 99% of my CPU continually locked, it has taken me most of the day to get here. I hope the healing can begin.

The winlogon process has 99% of my CPU continually. It gives it up occassionaly, but as soon as I start another action (like clicking a smily while making this post) it takes hold again. From the limited browsing I have been able to do, it appears as though this may be a Vundo/Winfixer infection. Unfortunately, the tools I have tried thus far have been innefective (fixVundo and VundoBeGone). My HKT log follows:

Hello,

* Download Combofix to your desktop.
Doubleclick combofix.exe
Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.

When finished and after reboot (in case it asks to reboot), it should open a log, combofix.txt.
Post this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.
