Browser Hijacked by about:blank

My browser is constantly being sent to about:blank after which a number of pop ups appear saying that I could have spyware on my system and I should click on a link for a free check.
I have read FAQ and have run Ad-aware 6, Spyboot and Spy Sweeper. I have also run Hijackthis, but it still appears and keeps on resetting my browser. What can I do now?

Please help!!!!!!!!!! it's driving me crazy. Do you have any idea when you may get to it I've been waiting 7 days now?
