Sorry to add to your 'log check list'. I honestly tried understanding the HT tutorial but these hijackers have me so frustrated with this computer, I have considered tossing it into the path of an oncoming truck!! I'm not very computer literate to start with...I'd appreciate any help (even if it's just moral support from someone who shares my frustration)!!! log file attached. Thanks, Nattie

It is easier to read a log if it is pasted into a meassage, rather than being attached.

You have the Peper trojan, which requires special treatment to put it out of your misery!
Please download and run this uninstaller.

Click on the peperfix link, and download the program. Then go off line, and run the program. It will remove the files, leaving one orphaned entry to be cleaned up with Hijack this.

Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [5Q@C#PW5NK2D@B] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\UdclMt.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jndiqrr] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\fdrjxd.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ALCHEM] C:\WINDOWS\ALCHEM.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [hphfbkg11.exe] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\hphfbkg11.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IPV] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IPV.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [hphfbkg11.exe] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\hphfbkg11.exe

Reboot and delete

files
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\UdclMt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\fdrjxd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\ALCHEM.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IPV.exe

These may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

Please post a followup Hijack this log, and say if your problems persist.
