I use bitdefender 10.

The viruses I'm having trouble with are as follows.

There is one more but I cannot remember the name.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdddr.dll Infected: MemScan:Trojan.Conhook.C
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdddr.dll Disinfection failed
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdddr.dll Move failed

The symtoms are - One the privacy setting for cookies gets reset to NONE when I open up a new Internet Explorer.

Also random pop ups are happening as well, and they are different everytime as well. Thank you all for your help in advnace.

I've used Hijack this and ran it but it didn't help at all. I was able to delete the msddr.dll but it came back in the search when I ran it again.

Again thank you for your help.

Please read our Forum FAQ in order to find out what info we need (HijackThislog) so we can help you.
