Hi there!

I've just followed your FAQ forum steps. Runed ad-awere, spyboot and avg on safe mode.
The thing is about a process named SVCHOST.EXE, every time i turn on the pc my firewall (zone labs) asks at least three times to grant acess to this process. I checked the task manager and i founded 6 SVCHOST processes repeated, one of them using 25.556 K, and the others below the 3.000 K. Besides SCVHOST there's another process, named ashServ.exe, that asks for acces. This ashServ also uses a considerable memory.

That's all i can detect. There's no pop-ups or crazy bars appearing in the browser.

Here's the AVG Anti-Spywere report:

Hi,

Please don't let Zonealarm block svchost.exe and ashServ.exe and grant them access.
Read here what svchost.exe is: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314056 and why it has multiple ones running.

ashServ.exe is related with your Avast Antivirus.

There's nothing suspicious/strange in your log.
