I came across this the other day when I did a Trend Micro Scan. I've looked it up and of course there are various SpyWare sites that can remove it, however I'm not sure which file to remove. Any suggestions as to whay Spyware would be best to run and what should I remove?

I ran the Trend Micro Scan, hit the clean button it didn't appear to do anything. Then I hit the delete button and they were gone. I've ran the Scan twice now and they aren't coming up any more.
