hi,

this is my first time doing this...i hope i don't upset anybody. now i did go to the FAQ link and i read everything. my problem with my computer is that when i go to the internet is takes me to this windows home search site or something like that. and i can change my home page setting, but when i bring the internet back up after im done...it wont keep my settings, and automatically goes back to what it had. and my other problem is that, when i type in an address without the "www" it won't take me to it...it takes me to this error page and directs me to the site i want...in order to go directly to the site...and half to type "www," although this isn't a big problem...it just annoys me that i didn't half to do that before. and my other problem is that when i open the internet, it seems a lot slower thatn it used to be, now this could just be the company that im with, but im not sure. those are my only three problems that im having.

and even though i went to the FAQ link and read everything...i don't know whether to ask a question or just post this...so for now, im just going to post this, and hope that no one gets mad over it.

thanks
