I currently am running Windows Defender, Spyware Doctor, Norton Antivirus, Zone Alarm Firewall (free version), and a Netgear hardware firewall for protection.
I just read this: http://users.telenet...prevention.html
And am thinking I should I disable Defender or Spyware Doctor? Which one is better to keep running?
Thanks,

Should I NOT run both Defender AND Spyware Doctor?

You can run as many different security programs as you would like as long as you only run one of each type in resident mode... If you have both programs running resident protection, it would be a good idea to turn one of them off... Which one to turn off is a matter of personal preference, I am not aware of either of them being superior...
