We are visited frequently by search bots from Google, Yahoo, et al. because we have a lot of new material being posted every day. Some people are dismayed to find their name showing up in web searches. Here are some steps you may want to take.

Don't use your name as your display name. And don't post your email address (your profile has an option people can click to send you email).

If you are going to post a log: Do a search for your name in the log, and replace all occurrences of it with 'xxx' or the like before you post it.

If you already posted a log and it has your name in it, click the EDIT button at the bottom of your post. You can just edit the post, or use an editor with a Search and Replace function: Do Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy it to the clipboard. Open Notepad and do Ctrl-V to paste the text into Notepad. Do Edit->Replace in Notepad. Then in Notepad do select all and copy the text, select all in your post and paste the modified text. Finally, click 'Submit Modified Post'.
