Mods,

I've read your excellent info on how to protect yourself... "So How Did I Get Infected in the First Place?".

After installing the recommended software, will my PC have enough protection against incoming email that could possibly infect my PC?

For example, the free version of AntiVir does not specifically mention protection against email attacks. To get that feature you need to upgrade to the premium version of AntiVir.

So, if I used the FREE version of AntiVir, plus the other software protection you mention at "So How Did I Get Infected in the First Place?", will that provide good protection against incoming email?

Thanks for your help,

-Al
