Whenever I am on the forum page for SWI and click on Messenger under the drop down menu from my name it will refresh the page. When I click again it then goes to my inbox. Happens to me in Firefox and Chrome and happens every time. I have noticed it recently so maybe it's a new issue?

Doesn't happen to me, and hasn't been reported before.
Could be connected to your promotion to Trainee+ although I don't see how.

As far as I can remember, somebody has already mentioned that problem (somewhere)... 
Yep, happens for me too (not sure if always, though) - the same when I try to access chat - the first click on a link takes me nowhere (a page is refreshed only), the second click works...

If you are using a shortcut link to get to the forum, try deleting it and go directly to http://www.spywareinfoforum.com.

It isn't doing it at the moment; I deleted my old link and am using the one you suggested. It seems to only do it when I actually have a message.
