Click on your profile, top right of the page.
Select 'Content I Follow'.

Select 'Forums' and 'Topics'

You can click a link to go to the topic.
Or to remove a subscription, click its 'Change' button.

 

To remove several subscription, click 'Toggle Edit Options', then checkmark the ones to remove.

Scroll down and select  'Stop following', then click 'Update Selected'.
