2 questions,

1. Which online computer backup service is best? Carbonite or Mozy or other
Here are the main differences between the 2.

Mozy 50 Gig at 5.99 per month = 71.88 per year
125 Gig at 9.99 per month = 119.88 per year
Add additional computers for $2 per month per computer.
Add an additional 20 GB of space for $2 per month.

Carbonite 59/per year per computer unlimited storage

2.A. I found out that Carbonite doesnt backup an external hard drive, even when it is connected to the host computer. How do I over come this?

2.B. Does any know if the Mozy backup service allow backup for an external hard drive?

I use Acronis, which is excellent. I have Acronis 2010 and make a disk image every day. Acronis costs $49.99. No need to pay more than that.
In Acronis 2012: "Acronis® True Image™ Online – provides 250 GB of secure Online Storage to save your precious data."

There is also a probably perfectly good free image backup in Windows 7 but not online.
