Win 7 has a built-in: Control Panel > System and Security > Backup and Restore
Do both the 'Create a system repair disc' and the 'Create a system image' (on the left).
For just backing up files you can use the 'Back up or restore your files'

Its depends on your use if you really want to see your computer secure then you have to spend money on good antiviruses .

Matter of opinion, StevneGerrard. We have observed free versions of Avast or Avira doing much better than Norton and other paid ones.

Yes Admin you are right they work very well then why people purchase and trust on Other paid antiviruses i wanna know.. :)

My suggestion is Avast, I am using avast antivirus past 2 years, is the best antivirus for secure your computer.
