If possible programs and updates should always be obtained from the official developer site.  But sometimes you will be sent to http://download.cnet.com/windows/

There are various download buttons that may appear.

 

This one is safe to use:

If you see this one, beware the Installer - see Download.com wraps downloads

Use the Direct Download Link.  The CNET Installer will give you unwanted toolbars and the like.

Any other download buttons will be for some other software trying to get you to download it.  

Ignore ones like this, they are not for the software you wanted:
