What is checkup.txt and where do I find/get it?

When people come to us for malware removal or PC troubleshooting, we ask them to run three free programs and post the logs.  Checkup.txt is the log produced by Security Check, which checks the presence and update status of Windows, antivirus, firewall, etc.
