Disabling Internet Explorer

If I disable I.E thru Ctl Panell - Programs - Windows Features will I still automatically get Microsoft Window 7 updates?. Thank you.

If you have Windows update enabled, you will.

I see that Microsoft already has a patch for IE - go to Windows Update and install it along with the other important updates..
