Password Management Programs

Can anyone recommend good programs that both manager and generate passwords? Paid or free is fine. Thank you.

1Password is the best but it is not cheap

I use Password Safe - it encrypts user name and password list and I only have to remember one master password.

Thanks a lot, it's a real solution of my problem, I was just looking for a kind of that programs. It's really helpful. I suppose my data will be much more protected after using this software.
