There is an update to the lawsuit. While not the great news I think members on discussion/help boards would like to see, at least 1 of four claims were dismissed. While I am not fan of posturing based on court cases, there may be some relevant angles to consider for discussion boards, their "staff", and the like (see the second link). Pretty interesting read on both links:
