My Meizu M5 Note started to turn off when battery is completely charged and shows a blue screen. Could it really be malware?

It could be malware, but that doesn't sound like malware behavior... Typically malware doesn't disable a device since it wants to use it in some way, like stealing the information you put through the device...
Apparently that is not a very good phone: https://www.androidpolice.com/2017/01/18/meizu-m5-note-review-not-buy-phone/ In particular, the article is very negative about the battery function in the phone, so it could be that this has something to do with your problem...
Have you powered the phone down and started it up again?? What happened?? After it has been charged for a while and not working, will it come back on and work??
Have you tried this approach: https://forums.tomsguide.com/faq/fix-black-screen-after-turning-on-your-android-device.107947/ It isn't clear from your description that you are having the same problem - if you are, it might be worth following that routine...

Thanks,
Thanks a lot! When I reload the system it works as usual. But I tried the approach above - and it has worked! I'm so grateful, you really saved my life.
