AVG Problem

After the extraction from the downloaded setup file from AVG, a command prompt window opens and the following 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem error resolves:
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:XXXd IP:XXXX OP:XX XX XX XX Choose 'Close' to terminate the applicatoin.

X=a number (not the same)

If I press Ignore another comes up with different X's. If I Close, the download setup file from AVG is still open, which I must Cancel and it deletes temprorary files. Then, I must go to task manager and end NTVDM.EXE because I found it puts CPU Usage to 100%. After that everything is ok again. Any suggestions? :scratchhead: :techsupport:
