I used to run NIS but this past year decided to try PC-Cillin 2004. Overall I am happy with the program but I have noticed that there are times when the process tmproxy.exe starts running it uses a large amount of memory particularly when using the internet, and even on trusted sites.

I have this process set to manual but once it starts it never stops on it's own and often soaks up over 60,000K of memory according to the task manager. I run Windows 2000 with all the relevant critical updates and also use Adware and Spybot.

I have the firewall, realtime scan, spamblocker and email scanning turned on within the program. I don't use webmail so I have that turned off as well as the url restriction.

Has anyone else ever experienced anything similar to this using this software? I've tried their tech support and the level 1 people can't seem to help so it gets sent up to level 2 and I have yet to hear back from their usually great tech support.
