I purchased software using my VISA and downloaded the software on the internet. There was nothing in the license agreement about installing spyware on my machine. I just found out that my emails have been monitored and/or sent back to the company where I purchased the software. Isn't that illegal? If it is, is it written somewhere where I can direct the company to the site to read it for themselves? Thank you.

I don't know about which email software, website or company you are talking about.
How did you meet this software ? Surfing, email, ...

You made one mistake : you used your credit card on the internet.
How can you use your credit card in an area, where you don't even know who is who and who is what ?
Don't you know that internet is FULL of cheaters ?
