my sister recently browsed a site on the internet (involving pictures of people in car crashes) and put a picture from that site on my desktop. From the way she told me she did it, she (1) right-clicked on the picture (2) clicked "set as desktop item". Now I have this obscene photo on my desktop. I cant select it, so i can't modify it. I tried deleting it's source file from the computer (fotos_8.jpg) and still nothing. This is driving me nuts! I've considered playing with my display properties, but with my limited knowledge, that could be hazardous. I know there must be a simpler way to do this, and if anyone out there can help me, i'd be much obliged.
 This is really  ing me off!!
if I dont get back to this, send any information you have to [REMOVED] thnx for your help!!!

Assuming you're on XP, try this:

Go into your Display properties.
Choose the Desktop tab.
Click "Customize Desktop..." at the bottom.
Choose the Web tab.
Uncheck anything listed.
Click "OK" and "OK" again.
