Looks as if the Vundo malware has taken over…

Please do the following:

Launch Notepad, (Start > Run, type in: notepad)
Copy/paste all the blue REGEDIT below to it

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\explorer\run]
"{8CD7AAD5-0AE6-1033-1202-030512200001}"=-

In Notepad, go to File (upper menu bar), and select: Save as
In the Save as prompt:
Save in: Desktop
File Name: delv.reg
Save as Type: All files
Click: Save
Exit out of Notepad.

Back on the Desktop, double-click on the delv.reg file just saved and click on Yes when asked to merge the information into the Registry.

====
Restart the computer
____
Search for and remove the following folder (bold):

C:\Program Files\Common Files\{8CD7AAD5-0AE6-1033-1202-030512200001}

====
Next,please download VundoFix.exe
* Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it
* Put a check next to Run VundoFix as a task
* You will receive a message saying VundoFix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK
* When VundoFix re-opens, click: Scan for Vundo
* Once it's done scanning, click: Remove Vundo
* A prompt asking if you want to remove the files appears, click: Yes
* Once you click yes, your desktop goes blank as it starts removing Vundo.
* When completed, a prompt to shutdown the computer appears, click OK
* Turn the computer back on.

====
Getting some questionable results on the following. Are you familiar with these:
F:\rmwin\RMTime.exe
F:\rmwin\RMCCWin.exe
F:\rmwin\RMSpool.exe
F:\rmwin\Security.exe
F:\RMWIN\RMSUBSYS.EXE
F:\rmwin\RMStart.exe

====
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HijackThis log.
However, before running HijackThis again, please make sure the program is in its own folder.

If you want to keep the program on the Desktop, right click an empty area, select New > Folder, name the folder HijackThis, and place the HijackThis.exe file in it.

HijackThis makes backups of what is fixed/removed, and needs its own folder to create and keep these secure. Backups allow you to restore removed entries, and this option may be necessary when dealing with what is showing on your log.

Need to dig a little deeper on this one...

Please download F-Secure BlackLight Beta:
https://europe.f-sec...ght/index.shtml
Save it to its own folder in the Desktop
Double-click blbeta.exe to run the program
Accept the agreement and click: Next
Make sure the following is checked: Scan through windows explorer
Click: Scan
A list of all items found is created
Provide the log created by BlackLight in your next reply.
(The log is in the BlackLight folder on the Desktop, and named fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (xxxxxxx are numbers))

Also, run HijackThis
Select: Config
Select: Misc Tools
Next to Generate StartupList Log, place a check next to:
-List also minor sections (full)
-List empty sections (complete)
Then click: Generate StartupList Log
Click: Yes at the prompt to run a StartupList

Please post the BlackLight log and the StartupList in your response.

Please download SilentRunners:
http://www.silentrun...ent Runners.zip
Unzip it to the Desktop and double-click on it.

If an alert about scripting appears from your anti-virus, choose to allow the script to run.
When the scan is finished, a message pops up and a logfile is created on the Desktop.

Post the contents of the log file in your response.

Let’s go another route…

Run HijackThis, Scan,
Check box for:

F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,qmrfyco.exe

Select: Fix checked

====
Download VirtumundoBeGone:
http://secured2k.hom...mundoBeGone.exe
* Save it to the Desktop
* Close all running programs (including your Internet Browser)
* Double-click VirtumundoBeGone.exe on the Desktop
* Follow the directions as indicated

This program may generate a "Blue Screen of Death". Do not be concerned.
Just reboot if your system "jams".

When done, please post the VirtumundoBeGone log VBG.txt, found on the Desktop, and a new HijackThis log.

I think this issue is beyond spyware.

I noticed you are running instances of NTVDM which can be very process greedy.

Take a look at your process tag in the Task Manager and sort the CPU column as Highest -> Lowest. If its doing what I think its doing, you should notice your CPU Usage is bouncing off of 100%.
